We are thrilled to introduce our latest innovation: Cold-Forged Inner Tubes designed specifically for oil & gas perforating systems. Leveraging our two decades of expertise in closed-die forging and precision machining, Shaanxi Brilliant Machinery Co., Ltd. now offers these high-performance tubes to meet the industry's evolving needs.

Made from high-strength alloy steels like 4140 and 4340, our cold-forged tubes feature:

• Superior dimensional accuracy with minimal post-processing required.

• Enhanced mechanical properties due to optimized grain flow.

• Excellent pressure resistance and fatigue strength.

Compared to conventional seamless tubes, our cold-forging process results in denser material structure and higher tensile strength, making them ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) environments encountered during well perforations.

• Outer diameter range: 38mm – 127mm.

• Wall thickness tolerance: ±0.05mm.

• Lengths available up to 3 meters.
